Storage Tank
Conforming to API 650 standard and NFPA 30 code, the vertical tanks of SII can contain a total of 12,000 kilolitre storage capacity. Each fixed roof storage tank has a capacity of 3,000 kilolitres equipped with level gauging system and alarm, maintained by fire protection/ suppression system and surrounded by an impervious dike or bund wall. All storage tanks can handle petroleum, petrochemical and chemical products providing the needs and requirements of the different industries in the region.
Warehouse and Open Yard
Adequate open yard and warehouse (for roofing) are fully available for leasing whether for short or long term contracts. The open yard and warehouse has a total lot area of 43,500 sq. m. and 10,800 sq. m. respectively and are available to accommodate storage of bulk, general and other cargoes. In addition, SII offers competent security of the area 24/7 by trained security personnel covered with CCTV camera surveillance.
Port
Strategically located along Batangas Bay, SII has its own private port that can serve its clients with 24/7 berthing operations. To provide safe and efficient transfer of liquid bulk cargoes in the storage tanks, two marine receiving lines are available and connected to the receiving manifold at the tank farm. Also, the port is capable of loading and discharging general cargoes to and from vessels servicing in various destinations. Furthermore, it offers convenient access for domestic and international vessels with a maximum draft of 12 meters and capable of handling 50,000 DWT and LOA of 120 meters.
Trading
Providing safe and efficient bulk storage and handling facilities, SII is capable of serving the various industries in the area. Strategically located along Batangas Bay, its private port gives sufficient trade access for domestic and international vessels. Tank truck loading bays are also available to facilitate effective regional transport for local distribution. SII continues to offer a range of trade services that match the needs and requirements of its clients and stakeholders in order to develop a productive and long-term partnership. Its diverse client portfolio includes international oil traders, major oil companies, petrochemical producers, and local fuel distributors.
